More than 400 ACR members will visit their elected federal representatives yearly to emphasize four major legislative priorities selected by the American College of Radiology (ACR) for discussions during Capitol Hill Advocacy Day during the ACR Annual Meeting.
These meetings are an important part of government relations efforts to realize the ACR’s advocacy goals by familiarizing lawmakers with the clinical value of radiology, radiation oncology and medical physics, and the importance of certain health care policy issues to their advancement.
